Buy the real streets of central London. Every player starts the season with

• Tap any street on the map to bring up its property card: its price, owner, rent and landmarks.
• Tap Buy on the card to make it yours. Your streets get a border in your colour.
• The priciest streets can't be bought outright: you start an auction instead, and the top bid after 24 hours wins.

Build and collect rent

Every street you own earns rent from the bank every day: 3% of its price.

• Build to earn more. Each street has 4 building slots: houses, 👕 shops, ☕ cafés and 🍺 pubs. Bigger buildings cost more and pay more rent. Shops, cafés and pubs must be real ones on that street: you choose which.
• Pop in somewhere. Visit a shop, café or pub another player has built to boost all your rent for 24 hours (shop +4%, café +6%, pub +8%, and +10% more with company or during its event). Visits to different places add up, to +100% at most. They get your fee.
• Rule an area. Own over half of a postcode area and you're its 🎩 Lord: rent there ×2. 75% makes you its ⚜️ Baron (×2.5), and all of it makes you its 👑 King (×3).
• Collect it. Rent piles up for up to 48 hours, then stops, so pop back and tap Collect rent.
• Upkeep. Your first 10 streets are free to keep. After that, each street costs a little every day. It's billed every Monday at 9am: pay within 3 days, or other players can 🥷 squat on your streets and take them.
• Stay popular. Your 😊 popularity slips every day, and faster the higher it is. Buying people drinks, coffees, vouchers and rounds wins people back (visiting venues doesn't); bidding on other players' auctions costs you, and sniping in the last 30 minutes costs a lot. For 24 hours after a bid costs you, treats can't lift you back above where that bid left you. Below 30%, other players can squat on your cheapest streets even if your upkeep is paid. Streets open to squatters are wrapped in yellow-and-black tape on the map. Owners can't evict squatters for their first 12 hours, and the less popular you are, the longer an eviction takes: from 6 hours at 60% to 30 hours below 30%. A squat lasts at least 2 days, so even an unpopular owner can get a street back if they act fast.
• Use it or lose it. A street with no buildings for 7 days can be forced to auction by anyone.

Seasons

The game runs in seasons. The winner is whoever grows their net worth (cash plus the value of their streets and buildings) by the biggest percentage during the season.

• Final week: upkeep doubles, so expect last-minute deals.
• Falling behind? From week 2, the bottom third of the leaderboard get £250,000 each week.
• Then the next one starts. At the final whistle, everyone keeps their streets, buildings and cash. Every premium street goes into a 48-hour season-end sale: its owner gets the winning bid, or keeps it if nobody bids.
